2011-2012 Paulele VBC Girls Club Season Registration

Step #1: Print & read the following forms available at the bottom of this page, in the attachments section.

2011-2012 Registration checklist
2011-2012 Paulele VBC Handbook - PLEASE READ!!!!
2012 USAV Player Medical Release Form - filled (no need team name) and signed

Step #2: Sign into your Paulele VBC Clubspaces account and select the appropriate Program, 2011-2012 Paulele VBC Season

[FOR STEP #3, YOU DO NOT NEED TO SEND IN PAYMENTS, THE CLUB WILL HANDLE THE MEMBERSHIP FEES]

Step #3: USAV Membership - Use one of the following appropriate options below:

Registration for New Members - No prior membership with USAV
Registration to Renew Membership - Prior member who registered online and know your user ID & password
Forgot Your Password?
Were you a member of another region and would like to join the Aloha Region?

Please contact Kent Ma at usaaloha@aol.com before you renew your membership.

Step #4: Also please bring the following to your next practice by commitment deadline.

Copy of Birth Certificate (only for new players to the USAV Aloha Region)

Copy of Latest Report Card (to participate must be 2.75GPA or higher)

Copy of Valid Medical Insurance Card

Club fees Deposit of $150 or Full payment of $650: (Cash only or pay online via Credit Card). We will NOT be accepting checks.
